Walk up hill, or jog, or use the elliptical trainer; do 30 minutes or more a few days a week. and Eat healthy; belly fat or thighs or hips comes from deep fried foods, too many sugary foods – so just moderate and dont deprive yourself from anything.
Lastly, situps or crunches – in order to target lower part of your belly, u need most exercises with leg raising. so do crunches 50-100 before you go to bed and right when u wake up! I used to hate crunches but honestly its the best before bed and right when u get up.
Also if you’re able to lift weights, do it !!- remember you cant just lose fat from one part of your body. So by lifting weights, light weights 3 sets of 12 – ull burn more fat and build a litttle muscle – but more muscle faster fat burn and faster metabolism. and so is the case with Cardio – you speed up your metabolism up to the next 24 hours.
