I currently watch my fat and calorie intake and I have been exercising my I still have celulite on my uper thighs and butt. Is there any NON SERGICAL OR INJECTION that I can do that is effective. I have looked into Smart Lipo and LipoDisolve all are out of my price range.
I am 33 and 5′8″ and weigh 130lbs so I don’t want to be any skinner just less lumpy.

cellulite isnt a fat problem anorexics can have it, it has to do with circulation and genetics. so far mine seems to be reducing with doing a lot of cardio. surgery doesnt work it temporarily hides it.

Drink lots of water. Maybe do a detox of some kind. Use the Loreal firming self tanner – that really does make a difference. But hey, you’re 33, time for cellulite!

I have the same problem and I am slim and athletic. The only thing I can think of is to disguise it. I know that tanned skin really hides it so maybe use a self-tanner. I know that lipo works temporarily and then it just comes back. I have heard of Thermage, but I don’t know much about it.

Include strength training in your exercise routine. No, this won’t give you huge body builder muscles. What it does is to strengthen lean muscle mass and lessen your body fat percentage.
Trust me, there are a lot of skinny fat people. Go to the beach and look around. You will notice the difference between “skinny” people who jiggle and those who strength train.
